Yes — the model handles doodles, terriers, Poodles, Shih Tzus, mutts, and most short-to-long-haired breeds. It does best with a clear side-angle photo in good light. Black coats and pure white coats are the trickier cases; if a generation looks off, try a fresh photo or a different cut.
Side-angle, eye-level, good natural light, ears and full body visible. Avoid extreme close-ups of just the face. Avoid heavily filtered or HDR photos.
Yes. Free users can add one profile. Pro users get unlimited profiles — each pup keeps their own cut history and favorites.
Usually 30–60 seconds for the first cut, slightly faster after that. If something hangs past two minutes, restart the app — the generation credit is refunded automatically if the server didn't actually return a result.

PupCut is a preview, not a guarantee. The AI shows the visual goal; your groomer translates that to your specific dog's coat, hair length, and breed standard. Use the preview as a conversation starter, not a binding contract.
Not in v1.0. We're working on a "describe your cut" prompt mode for v1.1 — drop us a line if there's a specific style you want and we'll add it to the queue.
Both. The Lion Cut is dramatic by design — that's the share-worthy money shot. If you want a serious recommendation for your breed, start with Puppy Cut or Standard Groom and work toward the wilder ones.
Tap the share button on any saved cut. PupCut generates a polished card with your dog's name, the cut name, and the preview photo. One tap opens iMessage with the card pre-filled — just pick the contact and hit send.
No — the share card has PupCut's watermark (Free) or no watermark (Pro). It's a customer-to-groomer briefing tool, not a marketing surface for either of us.

Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions → PupCut AI Pro → Cancel. Or open the app → Settings → Subscription → Manage. No win-back emails, no retention games. Your access continues through the period you've already paid for.
Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your Pro access will return immediately.
Apple handles all refund requests directly — go to reportaproblem.apple.com and select PupCut AI. We don't touch payment data and can't issue refunds on our side.

No. We don't have advertising IDs, we don't run a data warehouse with user info, and we don't share anything with third parties. There's no business model in the data — the business model is the Pro subscription.
No. We use Google Gemini under enterprise terms that prohibit input/output from being used in general model training.
Photos auto-delete within 24 hours. If you want immediate deletion of a specific photo before that, email us with the time you generated it and the dog's name and we'll confirm deletion within one business day.
